Weatherbeeta USA has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in the company’s Edison, New Jersey, office.
OVERVIEW:
Weatherbeeta is the world’s largest supplier of equestrian goods to saddlery retailers. The company was started in Australia in 1975 and opened its U.S. office in 1998. It also has branches in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Weatherbeeta’s core focus is developing well-known global names including WeatherBeeta and Saxon blankets; Dublin boots and clothing; Bates, Wintec and Collegiate saddles and strapgoods; Korsteel; Roma and more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for supporting sales and business development account executives by entering sales orders, answering calls from retail customers, resolving customer issues and assisting with customer returns. The position also ensures the smooth running of the sales office by effectively completing all administration tasks and special projects.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
--High school diploma or GED equivalent
--Experience in sales or customer service
--Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
--Good math skills
--Excellent interpersonal skills
--Exceptional phone and customer service skills
--Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements
--Strong attention to detail, possessing a sales aptitude and interest in preventing errors and solving problems
--Hardworking self-starter and problem solver
--Demonstrate excellence in organization and time-management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
--Positive and upbeat attitude
--Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office preferred
