Hi EIE Family-
I am looking for a Coordinator, Marketing and Public Relations person that has a strong background/network in agriculture as well as equine. I am launching a livestock ride-share app called "Down The Road"

Description
The Coordinator, Marketing and Public Relations assists the Founder with a variety of tasks including the production and placement of Down The Road advertising and publications utilizing various media channels such as digital/social media, print, radio, and video. The Coordinator works collaboratively with Down The Road employees from various departments for the timely and accurate production of ads, web pages, viewbooks, program brochures, advertisements, and other materials to promote the Down The Road. This position works with various individuals and departments to ensure that the Down The Road's website is accurate and current. The Coordinator is also responsible for media placement (buying) and expedition of billing, as well as internal tracking of budget expenses.

This position reports to the Founder.



Examples of Duties
• Communicates mission, programs, and services for the Down The Road via digital advertising, social media, direct mail, print, radio, and video.
• Designs and produces in-house media (print and electronic), including digital media, posters, brochures, flyers, and videos.
• Maintains the Down The Road's website including updating copy, images, and announcements.
• Curates content, maintains schedule of posts, and monitors conversations on Down The Road's social media accounts.
• Works with The Founder to implement marketing strategies.
• Assists with photographic and video documentation of Down The Road-related events.
• Assists with Down The Road-wide emergency communications.
• Participates in strategic planning and annual planning/budgeting process.
• Prepares artwork and purchases bulk promotional items for distribution.
• Required to attend commencement ceremonies.
• Assists in all Down The Road recruitment & retention efforts as appropriate.

Qualifications KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of layout and development of digital media, brochures, publications, and web pages.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
• Ability to take quality photographs and videos.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), web management software, and iMovie.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
