As a successful applicant you will help to further develop the nation's premiere natural horsemanship foundation while indulging your passion for the welfare of horses and your compassion for people. The Parelli Foundation is seeking and Executive Director to provide leadership in fundraising, communications, marketing and organizational management. If you have five or more years in a related position and are familiar with natural horsemanship, you might be just the right candidate. Join a growing organization with a ten-year track record. General Responsibilities of the Position
Board Governance: Work with board in order to fulfill the organization’s mission.
Financial Performance and Viability: Develops fundraising sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Organization Mission and Strategy: Works with board, staff, and volunteers to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and horsemanship community outreach.
Organization Operations. Oversees and implements appropriate resources to ensure that daily operations of the organization are functioning properly.
