The Inaugural Burbank Showcase Horse Show Premium comes to the iconic Los Angeles Equestrian Center April 25-28, 2019. This unique and extraordinary equestrian celebration has something for everyone, young and old, horse owners and those just wishing they had a horse.
For both horse enthusiasts and lovers of music and unique entertainment, this festive family oriented event unites magnificent horses in a multi-breed horse show and a Saturday evening event with special classes that will show off the many breeds.
One of the special class is a parade of individuals supporting friends or family members battling cancer while honoring one of our own facing his daily struggles with the disease. Everybody is invited to participate on horseback or on foot. There will be delicious food, unique shopping vendors, an exciting silent auction and much more.
The four-day event brings together impressive horses from across the country, creating an equine event unlike any other in the equestrian show world. “The horses are breathtaking, and there's fun for everyone”, commented George Chatigny, BSHSP’ Coordinator & LAEC’s General Manager.
Horse show competitions begin Thursday, April 25 and continue through Sunday, and showcase many beautiful horse breeds, including Andalusian, Lusitano, Mustangs, Colonial Spanish, Gypsy, Friesian, Saddlebred, Peruvian Paso Horses among many others. In addition to breed specific divisions/classes, Dressage, Western Dressage, and the new event taking the world by storm, Working Equitation will also be feature during the weekend. Viewing of all show competitions are open to the public FREE OF CHARGE, including all events on Saturday evening.
Festivities for the Saturday evening begin at 6 pm under the Equidome on the Los Angeles Equestrian Center grounds. The barn areas will be open throughout the day for attendees to visit and meet with the horses and handlers.
