July 5, 2022 - Retail Event Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all planning and tasks associated with the entire retail show process. Basic skill requirements should include:

Bachelor’s degree in fields of Hospitality Management, Event Marketing, Project Management, or Business Administration. Real-world event planning experience in tradeshows and retail events is preferred.

Location is Hazleton, PA and the position is a hybrid of on site and work from home, depending on the show schedule.
Duties are divided into the following planning processes for each event, and please be aware you will have support from our experienced staff for each stage:

Event Preparation: Working with venues to security booth space, complete necessary paperwork and help negotiate costs or any onsite marketing opportunities available.

Pre-Show, Logistics & Warehouse: Help select products and discount levels for each product category based on sales history and success. Work with our CBU warehouse to create pick tickets and organize all products to be picked, packed, labeled, and allocated to floor or back stock. This includes flow and designing of the booth with our wire-weld structure, flooring, brand and product signage, checkout (register) setup, and freight of all products and structure to show and returned. Selecting and providing all travel, housing, meals, and amenities required for staffing before, during and after the show.

Marketing / Branding: Work with our SLT & CBU teams to be sure all customers are aware of StateLineTack.com attendance for each show including print, email blasts, on-site banners, social posts, etc.

Show Event & Team Members: Coordinate a team of workers for each retail event including setup and structure, merchandising and sales team, cashiers, stock replenishment, as well as tear-down and post-show cleanup.

Technology: Basic understanding of our cash register setup (Comcash), product pricing and system, and internet show technology. This will require an understanding of Microsoft Excel and our ERP system.

Post Event, Reporting & Analysis: Reconciling of all product sales reporting and expenses associated with the show event and its team members. Work with warehouse to return and re-organize products for stock or the next show event.
