The May 2024 Equiery cover features the watercolor painting “First Turn” by local artist Leo Kahl. USEF Proposed Changes to Horse Abuse Rules

On February 15, the U.S. Equestrian Federation issued the following statement. “Dear USEF Members, As part of our continued commitment to protecting the welfare of our equine partners, USEF has proposed rule changes to strengthen the horse abuse rule. The Maryland General Assembly ended its 446th session at midnight on April 8.
